Built Around Qualified Manufacturers
Focused on Your Project
Duratan Global is incorporated in Singapore and operationally based in Bangkok, supplying engineered wear, abrasion and corrosion protection products manufactured by carefully selected specialist partners across Thailand.
Every manufacturer is personally assessed, every shipment independently inspected and every project managed through one accountable supplier. Backed by experience in foreign exchange and commodity markets, we also help customers reduce pricing uncertainty through our use of structured hedging strategies that can support fixed pricing for up to 24 months.
Why Customers Choose Duratan Global
Duratan combines Thailand's manufacturing expertise with Singapore's financial infrastructure to reduce both technical and commercial risk for industrial buyers.
We don't simply source products—we qualify manufacturers, coordinate specialist production and manage commercial risk to deliver greater confidence in quality, pricing and delivery. From factory qualification and independent inspection to fixed pricing and international contracting, every part of our business is designed to make industrial procurement simpler, more predictable and more accountable.

Fixed Pricing
Available for up to 24 months on qualifying projects.
Thailand Manufacturing Base
Competitive manufacturing costs combined with strong industrial capability and favourable trade agreements.
We don't qualify suppliers from behind a desk
Every manufacturing partner in our network has been visited in person. We inspect production equipment, quality systems, testing capability and engineering resources before offering any product to our customers.
Below are just a few of the facilities we've visited across Thailand.
Factory Assessment
- On-site visits to inspect production capability, equipment and quality systems firsthand — not just what's in the brochure
- Verification of certifications — ISO 9001:2015 as standard, ASME stamp holder status where relevant and industry-specific accreditations
- Direct questioning on production capacity, testing capability, batch traceability and export experience
Quality Verification
- Full batch traceability required as standard, back to the raw material lot
- Independent third-party testing — SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent
- Technical capability checked against the specific standards each product line requires, not a generic quality checklist
Engineering Support
- Our manufacturers' engineering teams work directly with Duratan during quotation and design, ensuring every product is technically suited to its application before production begins.
Fixed Pricing That Protects Your Budget
Industrial projects can run for months. Your pricing shouldn't change halfway through.
Unlike many suppliers who reserve the right to adjust pricing as raw materials, freight, or exchange rates move, Duratan can structure fixed-price supply agreements up to 24 months, helping customers budget with confidence.
Drawing on experience in foreign exchange markets and commodity risk management, we manage the three largest sources of pricing volatility affecting industrial rubber products:
- Natural rubber prices through SGX-listed rubber futures
- Foreign exchange exposure using FX risk management instruments
- Ocean freight costs through container freight futures hedging instruments where appropriate
The result is greater budget certainty, fewer pricing surprises and confidence that the price agreed at the start of your project remains the price throughout the contract.
Why We're Incorporated in Singapore
Duratan Global is incorporated in Singapore because of the commercial and financial infrastructure it provides—not simply for the corporate structure. As one of the world's leading financial and trading centres, Singapore gives us access to the banking, commodity markets, foreign exchange services and trade finance that support our fixed-pricing model. It's a strategic business decision designed to reduce commercial risk and deliver greater pricing certainty for our customers.
Access to SGX and SICOM
Singapore is home to SGX, which operates SICOM — the world's leading exchange for natural rubber futures. Through Singapore's financial infrastructure and brokerage network, Duratan can monitor and manage exposure to rubber price volatility when structuring longer-term fixed-price supply agreements.
Sophisticated Banking and Trade Finance
Singapore is home to many of the world's leading international banks, providing access to multi-currency banking, trade finance, foreign exchange solutions and efficient cross-border payment infrastructure. This enables Duratan to transact globally while supporting customers with internationally recognised banking arrangements and flexible commercial structures.
Global Foreign Exchange Market Access
Singapore is one of the largest foreign exchange trading centres globally, giving us access to institutional FX risk management tools to hedge currency risk — rather than being exposed to spot-rate movements between signing the contract and delivery.
Freight and Commodity Derivatives
SGX also lists freight derivatives, supporting the same hedging approach for ocean freight costs referenced in our pricing model.
Built on Singapore's Financial Infrastructure
Singapore provides far more than a place to incorporate a company. It provides access to one of the world's most sophisticated ecosystems for international trade, banking, commodity markets and foreign exchange. Combined with our operational base in Thailand, this allows Duratan to pair specialist manufacturing capability with financial infrastructure designed to support global commerce.
